每日一句-名人版（以下简称"本应用"）非常重视你的隐私。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护你的信息。请在使用前仔细阅读。

一、我们收集的信息

本应用无需注册账号，不收集你的真实姓名、手机号、邮箱、位置、通讯录、相册等个人身份信息。我们仅收集以下运行所必需的信息：

设备标识：首次启动时在你的设备本地随机生成的唯一标识（UUID），用于统计每日免费朗读次数、关联你的收藏与订阅权益。该标识不与你的真实身份关联。
功能使用记录：朗读次数、朗读时间、音色选择等，用于免费配额控制与服务优化。
收藏与录音：你主动收藏的名言、录制的朗读音频，仅用于在 App 内向你展示和回放。
订阅状态：你是否为 Pro 会员及订阅到期时间，用于解锁相应功能。

二、第三方服务与数据传输

为实现产品功能，我们会将必要的数据传输给以下第三方服务商处理：

RevenueCat（订阅管理，服务器位于境外）：订阅购买凭证的验证、权益状态管理。传输内容包括设备标识与匿名化的交易凭证。

火山引擎（字节跳动）（文本转语音服务，位于中国）：当你使用朗读功能时，被朗读的名言文本将传输至该服务以生成语音。文本内容为公开的名人名言，不包含你的个人信息。

Supabase（数据存储，服务器位于境外）：存储收藏、录音、使用统计等业务数据。

上述服务商均在协议约束下仅为本应用提供技术服务，不得将数据用于其他目的。

三、信息的使用

提供核心功能：名言浏览、朗读合成、电台播放、收藏管理；
控制免费额度并验证 Pro 订阅权益；
改进服务稳定性与用户体验（聚合统计，不针对个人画像）。

我们不会出售、出租或以其他方式向第三方提供你的个人信息（法律要求除外）。

四、信息的存储与保护

设备标识与业务数据通过加密传输（HTTPS）存储于受保护的服务器；
录音文件仅你本人可访问；
我们采取合理的技术与管理措施防止数据被未授权访问、泄露或损毁。

五、你的权利

删除数据：卸载本应用即可清除设备本地数据；如需删除服务器端收藏、录音与使用记录，可通过下方联系方式提出，我们将在 15 个工作日内处理；
退出订阅：可随时通过系统"设置 → Apple ID → 订阅"管理或取消订阅；
访问与更正：如需查询我们持有的与你相关的数据，可通过下方联系方式提出。

六、未成年人保护

本应用主要面向一般用户。若你是未满 14 周岁的未成年人，请在监护人陪同下使用本应用，并由监护人帮助你完成相关授权。

七、政策更新

我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更将在本页面公布并更新"生效日期"。继续使用本应用即表示你同意更新后的政策。

Privacy Policy

Daily Quote - Celebrity Edition ("the App") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. Please read it carefully before use.

1. Information We Collect

The App requires no account registration and does not collect your real name, phone number, email, location, contacts, photo library, or other personally identifiable information. We only collect the following information necessary for the App to function:

Device identifier: a unique identifier (UUID) randomly generated on your device at first launch, used to track your daily free narration quota and to link your favorites and subscription entitlements. It is not linked to your real identity.
Usage records: narration counts, narration time, and voice selection, used for free-quota control and service improvement.
Favorites & recordings: quotes you favorite and narration audio you record, used solely to display and play them back to you inside the App.
Subscription status: whether you are a Pro member and your subscription expiry, used to unlock corresponding features.

2. Third-Party Services & Data Transfers

To deliver the App's features, we transmit necessary data to the following third-party service providers:

RevenueCat (subscription management, servers located overseas): verification of subscription purchase receipts and management of entitlement status. Data transmitted includes the device identifier and anonymized transaction receipts.

Volcano Engine (ByteDance) (text-to-speech service, located in China): when you use the narration feature, the text of the quote being narrated is transmitted to this service to generate speech. The text consists of publicly available famous quotes and contains none of your personal information.

Supabase (data storage, servers located overseas): stores favorites, recordings, and usage statistics.

All of the above providers are bound by agreement to provide technical services solely for the App and may not use the data for any other purpose.

3. Use of Information

Providing core features: quote browsing, speech synthesis, radio playback, and favorites management;
Controlling the free quota and verifying Pro subscription entitlements;
Improving service stability and user experience (aggregate statistics only, no individual profiling).

We will not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties (except as required by law).

4. Storage & Protection

Device identifiers and business data are stored on protected servers with encrypted transmission (HTTPS);
Recording files are accessible only to you;
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of data.

5. Your Rights

Delete data: uninstalling the App removes data stored locally on your device; to delete server-side favorites, recordings, and usage records, contact us via the details below and we will process your request within 15 business days;
Cancel subscription: manage or cancel anytime via your iPhone's "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions";
Access & correction: to request the data we hold about you, contact us via the details below.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences. If you are under 14 years of age, please use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and have the guardian complete any necessary authorizations.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
