欢迎使用每日一句-名人版（以下简称"本应用"）。在使用前请仔细阅读本协议，使用本应用即表示你同意本协议全部条款。

一、服务说明

• 本应用提供名人名言浏览、文本转语音朗读、英语跟读录音、名言电台等功能；
• 免费用户每日享有有限朗读次数与受限音色；Pro 会员可解锁全部音色与无限使用；
• 部分功能依赖网络与服务端合成，离线状态下无法使用。

二、订阅条款（自动续订）

• 订阅类型：Pro 月度订阅、Pro 年度订阅，价格以 App 内订阅页面展示为准；
• 自动续订：订阅到期前 24 小时内，将通过你的 Apple ID 账号自动扣费续订下一周期，可随时取消；
• 取消订阅：请在当前订阅期结束前，通过 iPhone"设置 → Apple ID → 订阅"中取消；取消后权益保留至本期结束；
• 退款：订阅款项通过 Apple 收取，退款事宜请联系 Apple 支持；
• 恢复购买：换机或重装后，可在订阅页面使用"恢复购买"找回 Pro 权益。

三、知识产权

• 本应用的界面设计、代码、编排方式受法律保护；
• 名言文本来源于公开出版物与公有领域内容，引用遵循合理使用原则并标注原作者，仅供学习交流使用；
• 名言中文译文及中英对照编排为本应用原创，版权归本应用所有；
• 本应用不以任何形式暗示相关人物对产品的推荐或背书；
• 未经许可，不得以任何形式复制、传播本应用的付费内容或破解、逆向本应用。

四、免责声明

• 因网络故障、第三方服务（语音合成、云存储、订阅验证）中断导致的功能暂不可用，我们不承担责任，但将尽力恢复；
• 名言内容如涉及版权问题，请通过下方联系方式告知，我们将及时处理。

五、协议变更与终止

我们可能不时更新本协议。若你不同意更新后的条款，可停止使用并卸载本应用。

Welcome to Daily Quote - Celebrity Edition ("the App"). Please read these terms carefully before use. By using the App, you agree to all of the terms below.

1. Service Description

• The App provides celebrity quote browsing, text-to-speech narration, read-along recording, and a quotes radio;
• Free users have a limited daily narration quota and restricted voices; Pro members unlock all voices and unlimited use;
• Some features depend on network connectivity and server-side synthesis and are unavailable offline.

2. Subscription Terms (Auto-Renewal)

• Plans: Pro Monthly and Pro Annual; prices are as displayed on the in-app subscription page;
• Auto-renewal: within 24 hours before your subscription expires, the next period will be automatically charged to your Apple ID. You may cancel anytime;
• Cancellation: cancel via your iPhone's "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions" before the current period ends; entitlements remain until the end of the paid period;
• Refunds: subscriptions are billed through Apple; for refunds, contact Apple Support;
• Restore purchases: after switching devices or reinstalling, use "Restore Purchases" on the subscription page to recover your Pro entitlements.

3. Intellectual Property

• The App's interface design, code, and arrangement are protected by law;
• Quote texts are sourced from public publications and the public domain, cited under fair-use principles with original authors credited, for learning purposes only;
• The Chinese translations and the bilingual Chinese-English arrangement are original to the App and owned by it;
• The App does not imply in any form that any featured person endorses the product;
• You may not copy or distribute the App's paid content, or crack or reverse-engineer the App, in any form without permission.

4. Disclaimer

• We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by network failures or third-party service (speech synthesis, cloud storage, subscription verification) outages, but we will make reasonable efforts to restore service;
• If any quote raises a copyright concern, notify us via the contact details below and we will address it promptly.

5. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms from time to time. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using and uninstall the App.
